INTRODUCTION
We use your personal information to fulfill our obligation to provide a personal and unique guest service experience. As part of this commitment, we are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information we collect.

As one of our guests, you understand and agree that we collect and use your personal information in accordance with this policy of managing personal information for guests (this "policy").

THE APPLICATION OF THIS POLICY
This policy applies to the personal information of guests and the other persons with whom we do business or who visit us, and to the use of this personal information in any form - orally, electronically or in writing.

References to “The Hotel”, “we” and “our” throughout this policy refer depending on the context of Købmandgaardens Bed and Breakfast.

"Personal Information" means all information collected and logged in a format that enables you to be personally identified, either directly (eg Name) or indirectly (eg Phone Number) as a natural person .

This privacy policy is part of the terms and conditions that apply to our hotel services. By accepting these terms and conditions, you expressly accept the provisions of this policy.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable law to protect your personal data from unlawful or unintentional destruction, unintentional alteration or loss, and unauthorized access or disclosure. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, ONLINE USER ACCOUNT DETAILS AND PROFILE DETAILS;

ALL INFORMATION NECESSARY TO COMPLETE SPECIAL REQUESTS (EC, SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUESTS, PURCHASE OF GOODS AND SERVICES, Anniversary Dates, etc.);

INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE USE OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SYSTEMS, KEY KEYS AND OTHER SECURITY SYSTEMS;

CONTACT AND OTHER RELEVANT DETAILS REGARDING EMPLOYEES OF COMPANY ACCOUNTS;

IN LIMITED CASES, CREDIT INFORMATION.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, such as information that reveals race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data or data regarding the guest's sex life or sexual orientation.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect information about you in the following ways:

WHEN YOU PROVIDE US TO US OUR WEBSITE, OR WHEN YOU SEND US EMAILS;

WHEN WE TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE;

WHEN WE SPEAK TO YOU PERSON;

WHEN USING OUR WEBSITES OR APPLICATIONS; OR

WHEN YOUR PICTURE IS CATCHED ON CCTV AT THE HOTEL.

Most of the personal information we process is information that you or someone acting on your behalf knowingly provides to us. In some cases, however, we process personal information that we are able to deduce about you based on other information you provide to us or on our interaction with you, or personal information about you that we receive from a third party, such as a travel agency .

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we may collect and process your personal information in order to:

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
From time to time we may disclose your personal information. We always publish this information in accordance with the GDPR. Circumstances in which we may disclose such are in the event of maintenance of our IT system.

Period of use: Show only for database maintenance when Egn Bed and Breakfast requests it, supervised by a member of Senior Management for Egn Bed and Breakfast.

6.1. LEGAL REQUIREMENT
We reserve the right to disclose any personal information we hold about you if we are forced to do so by a court or requested to do so by a state entity, or if we deem it necessary or desirable to comply with the law or protect or defend our rights or property in accordance with applicable laws. We also reserve the right to store collected personal information and to process such personal information in order to comply with accounting, tax rules and regulations and any specific retention laws.

You can always visit our sites without revealing who you are or providing personal information.

USE INFORMATION

You can check if your personal information is being transferred using SSL encryption by confirming the symbol of a closed lock or wrench in the bottom bar of your browser window. You can also verify that your personal information is encrypted using SSL encryption by ensuring that the prefix of the URL specified for this page is changed from “http” to “https”. If you do not see the relevant symbol and the "https" prefix, do not assume that the personal information you are asked to provide will be encrypted before transmission.

The personal information we collect from you online is stored by us and / or our service providers in databases protected through a combination of physical and electronic access control, firewall technology and other reasonable security measures. Nevertheless, such security measures may not prevent any loss, misuse or alteration of personal information, and we are not liable for any damages or obligations in connection with such incidents to the extent permitted by law. MINORS
Our website does not sell products or services that children purchase, and we do not solicit or collect personal information from children. CHOICE
You can always choose what personal information (if any) you want to give us. However, if you choose not to provide certain details, some of your experiences with us may be affected (for example, we may not take an unnamed reservation).

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
Egn Bed and Breakfast possesses and uses your personal information for 365 days after your stay, as required by Danish law, and immediately destroys such personal information if the purpose of the use is fulfilled. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:

Personal information documented on paper is shredded or incinerated.

Personal information stored in the form of electronic files will be technically corrupted, making the records non-reproducible.

UPDATE OR ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to access, change and request the deletion of personal information about you. If you would like to inquire about any personal information we may have about you, you can do so by sending us a written request per. Letter or email to the addresses in section 12 below.

Be sure to include your full name, address and telephone number and a copy of a document proving your identity (such as an ID card or passport) so that we can establish your identity and whether we have personal information about you or in case of we need to contact you for more information we may require to make this decision.

Where you make more than one request in quick succession, we may respond to your subsequent request by referring to our previous response and identifying only those items that have changed significantly.

You can always request that we correct, cancel and / or stop the processing of personal information that we have about you. If the personal information is incorrect, or if the processing is to be stopped, we will delete or correct the personal information.

CHANGES IN THIS POLICY
Just as our business is constantly changing, so can this policy. To help you, this policy has an effective date listed at the end of this document.
